Do dogs have belly button?

Someone told me they do, but I looked @ my dog’s belly and the navel wasn’t there…. Do dogs born with umbicial cords, like people do??

yes, they do have belly buttons, and yes, the are born with umbilical cords. The mothers, however gently lick and groom the newborn pups, to clean them and gentlu lick-nibble away the cord, and continue the licking grooming to where there is virtually no outstanding belly-button. The moms do a great job.
