My dog seems gay after the neutering,he stands still attracting males?

I do not know what to do…..my girlfriend thinks it is funny and has renamed my dog “sweety”. I no longer go to the doggy park, there is always about 12 dogs jockeying to mount my dog. He is a male…and the other males ( intact males ) do not seem interested in mounting any other dog(s) except my 2 y/o dog. Neutering completely changed him.I am concerned, because it is not just a dominance issue, dogs go after him, with a clear intention, and my GF has told everyone at the local park it is oK to mount my dog.She thinks that intact males need a surrogate female ….she has a point, it neutralizes aggression between dogs at the park, because dogs do not try to mount other dogs ( most dogs fight back and fights ensue)… instead they have my dog. I disagree with my GF, but she says I have to grow up and accept my dog is gay. I think she is turning him into that, by taking him to the park every eve and allowing 10-15 dogs to mount him. Should I do as my GF says?? or is she wrong?
