My dog is afraid of the plastic flap on her dog door. How can I get her to go through it? Treats don’t work.?

why not trying a change of material……….. something that would not feel threatening to him/her…….. terry cloth maybe…… i am not sure this will work but i believe that if you have something easier to rub up against then he/she could get use to the idea of walking through the door and then later …… once he/she has gotten comfortable with the idea you can then trade out for the original material………. just a thought……. if it were me that is how i would attempt this feat……….. and good luck
