Does anyone have any suggestions on an electric dog fence?

I have never ever wanted to buy one until my 30 pound Boston Terrier jumped like 4 feet and bit my next door neighbor’s 15 year old son. The boy had his hand on my four foot high chain link fence when he was climbing over his own fence and then the dog bit him. Of course his mom was freaking out, so now I have to do something. Anyone have ANY suggestions as to how I can keep the dog off that one fence? (It is about 70 feet long) I would really rather not do the electrified thing….
Please serious answers only as this is a serious question!
Also I forgot to add I locked his “doggy” door so he couldn’t go out without me letting him out. But I like the freedom it gives ME cause I don’t have to worry about rushing home to let him go pee

You might want to put another fence about a foot inside the fence that will stop him. And the neighbor kid from contact. Or like someone suggested bushes but you would have to make sure that he doesn’t tromp them. It doesn’t have to be a high fence just something that will make it so he can’t jump as easy.
