I want to install a dog door but our exterior door is metal, can it be installed in a metal door?

I’ve read the installation instructions and they seem easy enough to install if the door was wood but I just don’t know about this metal door. Would a jigsaw cut through a metal door?

You may want to try posting this in the DIY/Home & Repair section of Yahoo answers. You’ll probably get better insight/input.
